Loyalty for gyms and studios
Bought without a trip to reception, checked in with a scan, and the card counts the classes left.
A sample card, drawn exactly like the real one. Yours carries your logo and your colour.
A studio sells classes in packs: ten classes, a month, a drop-in. The pack is paid up front and the member comes back to use it. What breaks is the counting, and the queue at reception to buy the next one.
With TAPPI the pack is a pass in the member’s Wallet. They buy it from their phone, your team scans the card at check-in, and the card shows how many classes are left. When it runs out, buying the next pack is a button on the card.
The member pays from their phone and the pass appears in their Wallet before they arrive.
Check-in is one scan, and the class is taken off the pack.
On plans that include messages, tell members about an open spot in tonight’s class.
