Move the controls for an honest estimate. The rate is always 20% of what the client pays, for their first 12 months. If they leave sooner, you earn up to the point they paid.
20% of the subscription fees each client pays in their first 12 months. A TAPPI plan runs from €15 to €79 a month per location, so a client with more than one venue pays — and earns you — more.

Example: 30 venues on Growth cost you €702 a month at 40% off. Charge them the list price of €39 and they pay you €1,170, so you keep €468 a month. Your price is yours to set.
A minimum, no exclusivity
10 live venues within your first 6 months, or we move you to referral terms. No exclusive territories.
Monthly, for live venues only
On the 1st of each month TAPPI invoices you for the venues that were live the month before, charged automatically by card or direct debit.
Your clients stay yours
While our agreement runs, TAPPI never approaches your venues to move them away from you. If it ends, they get 60 days to move to direct billing at list price, and you earn 20% of what they pay TAPPI for 12 months, unless it ended over a serious breach.
The venue's brand, powered by TAPPI
Venues and their customers see the venue's own brand, with "Powered by TAPPI". There is no white-label version.

FAQ
Frequently asked
Is it free to join?
Yes. Applying is free, and a referral partner never pays anything, with no fees or lock-in. A reseller pays TAPPI a wholesale price only for the venues it has live.
How and when do I get paid?
As a referral partner you earn 20% of every subscription fee TAPPI collects from that client in their first 12 paid months, which start with their first payment after the free trial. Each client keeps the rate that applied when you referred it. The commission on each payment is held for a month after the client pays: if that payment is refunded or disputed in that time, it earns nothing. On the 15th of each month you get a statement of the commission released since the previous one, and it is paid then: you invoice us, or we self-bill for you, and we pay by bank transfer within 30 days at the latest. Amounts under €50 roll over to the next month.
Do I need sales experience?
No. If you know local businesses and can make an introduction, that's enough. You introduce; we give the demo and sign the business up.
What counts as a referred client?
A business that comes through your link or QR and ends up paying for a TAPPI subscription. It is attributed to your referral automatically.
Are there targets or exclusivity?
Not for referral partners: you sell at your own pace, to whoever you want, with no minimums. A reseller commits to 10 live venues within its first 6 months, or moves to referral terms. Neither way is exclusive.
Can I sell TAPPI under my own brand?
As a reseller you sell it at your own price, on your own invoice and under your own contract. There is no white-label version: cards carry the venue's own brand, with "Powered by TAPPI".
Who is responsible for the venues' data?
Each venue controls its customers' data and TAPPI is its processor, under the data processing agreement published at thetappi.com/legal/dpa. If you log into a venue's account to help it, you are a separate processor for that venue, under your own contract with it.
