Turn the one-time visitor into a regular: they pay upfront, come back more often and spend more when they return. No apps to download, nothing for your team to remember. More Google reviews, and a customer base that builds itself.

Card types
Every TAPPI card lives in Apple or Google Wallet and updates itself on every visit. No app, no plastic, no friction. Stamps and points are on every plan; the rest start with Growth. Use the one that fits, or several at once.
Stamp card. A stamp every visit and, when the card is full, the reward. It updates itself and never gets lost.
Points card. Points per visit or per spend, always in view in the customer's Wallet.
Tier card. Bronze, Silver, Gold. Your best customers climb with what they spend, with a reward at each level.
Prepaid card. Customers load a balance and spend it with you. The money arrives first, in your own Stripe account.
Membership. A subscription with perks your staff check at the till, and it renews itself.
Multipass. A pack of visits or units, paid up front and used one at a time.
Coupon. A one-off offer for new customers, redeemed once by your staff.
The problem
Paper cards get lost, and nobody downloads an app just to come back to your place. The problem isn't your customers. It's the system.

With TAPPI
One Tap. No App. That simple.
Loyalty card
This is what a customer sees in your venue: they tap the chip, join with their name and email, and your card is saved in their Apple Wallet. No app to download. Each time they come back they collect stamps, until the reward is theirs.

It sits on your counter or your tables. The customer holds their phone to it and your page opens. No NFC on their phone? They scan the QR.
A page with your logo and your colours. They leave their name and email (plus phone or birthday, if you ask for them) and the card is theirs.
One tap on "Add to Apple Wallet" and your card sits next to their bank cards, always to hand. On Android, it goes in Google Wallet.
Every visit, your staff scan the card and the stamp goes on. When it’s full, the reward shows on the card and your staff hand it over.
We send them at no cost: you only pay shipping. Each one has NFC and a QR code, so it works with any modern iPhone or Android. Want them with your logo and your colours? We make custom ones too.

The platform
It's not just a review system. It's the operating system of local commerce: reputation, loyalty, marketing and data in a single dashboard.
Direct channel
The card lives in their Wallet, so your message lands as a notification: on the lock screen, with no app to open and no inbox. When they pass nearby, or whenever you want.
You pin your venue on the map; when the customer is nearby their phone surfaces the card with your message. The phone decides what nearby means.
Write the message and pick when it goes out. It reaches everyone with your card on their phone.
| SMS | Wallet push | ||
|---|---|---|---|
| Where it lands | The inbox, Promotions or spam. | Messages, between verification codes and parcel alerts. | The lock screen. |
| What sending costs | A separate email tool. | Every message is paid for. | Nothing per send. It comes with your plan. |
| What you need from the customer | Their email. And for them to open it. | Their mobile number. | Your card in their Wallet. Nothing else. |
| When they pass by your venue | They don't know. | They don't know. | Your message arrives. |
| To read it | Open the mail app and find it. | Open Messages. | Look at the phone. |
Geopush
Pin your venue on the map and write one line. When a customer carrying your card in their Wallet passes nearby, their phone puts it on the lock screen. Silently, with no app and nothing for you to send.
One point on the map per venue. A card holds up to ten.
What they see when they're close: an offer, a reminder, a hello. Change it whenever you like and it reaches the cards already installed within minutes.
When it decides the customer is nearby, it brings your card up on the lock screen. The distance and the moment are the phone's call: Apple and Google don't publish them.
An illustration. The circle isn't a specific distance: the phone decides. On Android the card appears, without the line.
Your logo, your name and your colors — on every chip and every sticker.
Hardware
The chips go on the counter, the tables or the chairs, for the people inside. The stickers go in every delivery and takeaway bag — so you win back the customers who today belong to Glovo or Uber Eats, not you.
For the customers who walk into your venue.
Win back the delivery customer who isn't yours today.
The chips and stickers are included in your plan and you only pay the shipping. If you cancel the software, the hardware stays in your venue: there is nothing to send back.
