Card types
The customer tops up, the money is yours before they spend it, and every order is paid with a scan.
A sample card, drawn exactly like the real one. Yours carries your logo and your colour.
The big coffee chains have done it for years: the customer loads a balance, gets a little extra for doing it and pays with the card. The money comes in first, and someone with a balance on your card comes back to spend it with you.
With TAPPI the balance lives on a card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. It is topped up from the phone with Apple Pay or Google Pay, or at your counter, spent when your team scans the card, and the balance updates at once on the customer’s screen and in your dashboard.
From the card itself, with Apple Pay or Google Pay, or at your counter. You can add a bonus for topping up: load more, get more.
Your team scans the card or types its code, enters the amount and the balance goes down. No cash or card machine for that customer.
The money is in your account when the customer tops up, not when they spend it. You see the outstanding balance in your dashboard.
