Card types
One visit, one stamp. A full card, a reward. The simplest loyalty card there is, without the paper and the ink stamp.
A sample card, drawn exactly like the real one. Yours carries your logo and your colour.
A stamp card works because everyone gets it in a second: come back, collect, get something free. What lets it down is the paper. Cards get lost, stamps get forgotten, and nobody knows how many cards are out there or how many will come back for a reward.
With TAPPI the stamp card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Customers add it by scanning a QR code at your counter or tapping an NFC chip, with no app to download. Each visit, your team scans the card and the stamp appears on the customer’s phone. You see every card, every completed card and every reward given in one place.
They scan the QR code or tap the chip, type their name, and the card lands in their Wallet with your logo and your colour.
Your team scans the card from the till or a phone. The card updates on the customer’s screen straight away.
With the last stamp the reward shows on the card. Your team hands it over by scanning the card, and a new round begins.
