When am I charged?
Your subscription is created at checkout but doesn't start billing until the first tap on one of your tags (or 14 days after your hardware is delivered, whichever first). You're not paying for time the product was in the post.
Do customers need an app?
No. The whole flow runs in their phone's default browser when they tap the tag. No download, no setup.
What if a customer leaves a 1-star tap?
They land on a feedback form instead of being sent to Google. The owner gets the negative feedback by email and can respond directly, before it ever appears publicly. We optionally issue a 'sorry, on us' reward to bring them back.
How do refunds work?
Each tier has a money-back guarantee window starting from when your first tap fires. Email us during that window and we'll refund the subscription and the hardware cost (you keep the tags).
Can I bring my own NFC tags?
Not at launch — we encode every tag in-house so the URL is bound to your account before it ships. If you have a use case for self-encoding, get in touch.
