How can we help?

Two paths below — one if you got a reward at a venue, one if you run a business using Tappi. Pick whichever fits. Tappi is a product by Automify, so support replies come from the automify.xyz domain.

I received a reward and need help

You're in the right place if you tapped a Tappi chip at a venue, left a review, and got a reward (a discount, a free drink, a perk) — and something isn't working.

  • The reward email never arrived. Check spam. If it's not there, email us with the venue name and the email you used and we'll resend it.
  • The wallet pass won't open or won't add to my wallet. Make sure you're opening the link on the phone you want to add it to — wallet passes have to be added from the device itself, not a desktop browser.
  • The venue says my reward isn't valid. Rewards have an expiry date shown on the pass. If you think the rejection was a mistake, email us with the venue name and the reward code and we'll look into it.
  • I want my data removed. The venue you visited is the data controller for your rating and contact info — ask them first. If you can't reach them, email hola@automify.xyz and we'll handle it.

Anything else, email hola@automify.xyz with a short description and the venue name. We reply within one working day.

I run a business using Tappi

For paying customers (or anyone evaluating the product) — billing, setup, hardware, integrations, anything else.

  • Setting up your first venue. Sign in, create the org, add a venue, then assign tags to review or menu surfaces. The dashboard walks you through it.
  • NFC tags or QR cards. If a tag won't scan or you need replacements, email us with the order reference and the tag's short code (printed on the back).
  • Google Reviews / Business Profile. Connect from Settings → Integrations. If the OAuth flow fails, it's usually a Google account permissions issue — make sure the account you're signing in with owns the location.
  • Billing & invoices. Stripe handles all billing. Past invoices are in the customer portal (link in your account settings). For refund requests or plan changes outside the portal, email hola@automify.xyz.
  • Account / org changes. Renames, transferring ownership, deleting an org — email hola@automify.xyz from the admin email on the account.
